At the store, repairs are available. We will check the contents of the repair, but some of them cannot be accepted.

If you cannot come to the store
Please contact the following toll-free call for repairs at the Customer Service Office. (some items cannot be accepted.)
Customers need to pay for one way shipping charges.
*We only accept shipments to Japan. We do not accept shipments to overseas.

Signle sale service of the earrings

In case of loss or breakage of one of the piercesd earrings, earring charms, etc., we can make products as a single sale service. Please note that some products cannot be made.
We accept special orders for half the price of one set. For some products, the price may be more than half the price.
